Just £12 gets you the Barreworks DVD ‘Studio Workout’. With no need for equipment, this is 60 minutes of classic Barreworks exercises to do from the comfort of you own home, hotel room or (if your boss is holding you hostage) the office.

Or step your workout up a gear with the latest Barreworks DVD ‘Exercises with the Ball’. For £18 you’ll be in receipt of a further 18 exercises and your very own red exercise ball to get your thighs quivering, your abdominals burning and your bottom muscles clenching.
